Who we are

We support Millennial teens/women and couples experiencing anxiety, self-doubt, feelings of being stuck, and or overwhelmed. We specialize in using evidence-based therapies such as CBT, ACT, and Mindfulness, to really target your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors in order to create impactful and lasting change.

Wouldn’t it be great if there was a magic potion that created the perfect, happy life for us? The bad news is, magic potions are for fairy tales; the good news is that happiness is subjective and there is no such thing as perfect, so no one is! Therapy is not only the foundation of creating the best version of yourself, but it is also the gateway to genuine happiness. 
I currently provide therapeutic services for children, teens, and adults via teletherapy and/or in an outpatient setting. I have 10 years of experience working with children who have been or are currently in the foster care system. My experience is also rooted in: anxiety, depression, eating disorders, anger, and stress management, and Teen Issues such as Peer Pressure, Self Esteem, etc. I utilize a variety of modalities to accomplish treatment goals i.e. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Life, and Wellness Coach.

Deciding to seek therapy is one of the most important steps in many people’s personal growth journey, but it isn’t always an easy decision. I aim to create a safe and supportive environment for you to begin to process, heal, and grow. I believe the most important aspect of the therapeutic space is having a collaborative, genuine, & empathic relationship with the client.
I am passionate about helping teenagers, adults, couples, and families with finding and implement tools that help them reach their goals and improve their emotional health. Area of focus: sexuality, dating/ relationships (traditional/non-traditional), anxiety, life transitions, identity, depression, and finding purpose.
I utilize an eclectic approach and meet my clients where they are in a non-judgmental and safe space. I help you discover a deeper sense of self and identify your strengths and abilities. I incorporate a range of approaches including, holistic, Talk therapy, Cognitive Behavioral (CBT), Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), Narrative Therapy, Solution Focused (SFBT), and mindfulness.
